Just messing w/ya man, but that's silly not having him in there, good list though, simplly take out Burress and insert Boldin, Burress is not a top 10 on my list. I'd still slide Harrison down to around 8-10w/Reggie Wayne knocking the door down. |
| I see the Cards trying to run the ball some more this fall than last based on their upgrade at RB. Because of that, there will be a few less receptions to go around. You don't really think that Fitz and Boldin will both be 100+ catches again, do you? Last year Harrison was the #6 FF WR (at year end) and Wayne was #20. I don't see things changing all that much. It's not like Wayne has a ton of unrealized potential or will sneak up on anyone.

This is the list of yours that I agree with the most so far, which is ironic as I've stated elsewhere that I find that WR is the position about which fantasy footballers seem to disagree most. I would just switch two guys out, Chambers and Burress, with two others. Again, given other pursuits here (to bring us a little closer to the "promised land"), I have to leave it at that.

| You know, you might be right, but Terrell Owens has turned into such potential landmine, I personally wouldn't waste an early pick on him. Plus throw in the fact that he is now 32, and has been significantly limited in preseason. on Aug 11th, 2006, 10:04am, Philly wrote:Every year I post my top ten lists and it always generates lots of fun discussion and plenty of other top ten lists. Have at it! 10. Roy Williams Another third year guy who should finally have that breakout year. |
| That's a great call, especially given the new offensive system in Detroit. The only concern with Williams is his penchant for injury. on Aug 12th, 2006, 1:33am, MordecaiCourage wrote:AS I see it... look for Andre Johnson to flirt with top 10 this year....no I'm not insane!!! |
| No, you're definitely not. He is one of the most talented receivers in the league, and this could be the year.

| I wouldn't mind having him on my fantasy team, although I don't know how early I'd draft him. I don't worry about his age (he was 31 last season and abused nearly every DB he encountered). I don't worry too much about his injury either... hammie injuries in pre-season are very prevalent and rarely last too long into the regular season. I definitely wouldn't draft him in the first round or the top half of round two. At the end of round two, I'd have to think long and hard about it. If he was available in the third round, I think I'd go ahead and draft him without too much thought.

| Not much to argue with here! If you held a gun to my head, or worse, threatened to force me to watch a Packer game, I'd have to debate these two. Moss is still a terrific WR, and will probably show flashes of his former self at some point this year, but I wouldn't list him this high. I'd bump him to the 8-10 tier, moving Holt up. I agree Boldin and Fitz will have a very hard time repeating last years performance, but I'd still put Boldin in the bottom spot of this list and boot Plax.
