Is it me or shouldn't the Falcons consider Denny Green? Remember what he did for the later Randall Cunningham and Daunte Culpepper in Minnesota. With Vick he'd have a hybrid of sorts of the two. I don't care what he did or didn't do in Arizona. It's all about the right fit, and it seems to me that Green and Vick could be the right fit. I heard rumors of Steve Mariucci... I like Mooch, but... NOOOOO!!! Enough of trying to fit Vick into a west-coast style system. He's got too strong of an arm and he's, oddly enough to say, too good of a runner for that. He needs to be in a system where he, on any given play, either winds up and heaves it or takes off and runs it. I also think Green, as a bit of a father figure, could do a lot for Vick's character issues,... something a baby-faced Mora could not do/couldn't be expected to do.

Interesting development... Brought to you via "the Gridiron Newsstand": "Falcons' Petrino: Vick allowed to call plays" Look,... I think at this point any change is good, moreover, one that puts the ball "more" in Vick's hands, so to speak. Like I've stated above, I think Vick just needs more leeway to do "his thang"...
