Trade offered to me

Hello All This is my first post this year. I have a 19 days old son so my focus has not been on fantasy football as much as in the past. I just got a trade offer. The other owner offered Keyshawn Johnson and Brian Westbrook to me in exchange for Warrick Dunn and Donald Driver. My initial thought is that this is not a good trade for me. Westbrook is a very talented back, but it seems that he has a tendancy to get injured. Also, Dunn is on about the same level especially now that Duckett is no longer with the Falcons. Keyshawn is a tool and very overrated. My only thought is to counter with Dunn and Driver for Westbrook and Burress. Here are our rosters. My Team Player Plummer, Jake QB DEN Dunn, Warrick RB ATL Jackson, Steven RB STL Driver, Donald WR GB Glenn, Terry WR DAL Gates, Antonio TE SD Vinatieri, Adam K IND Redskins, DST DST WAS McNair, Steve QB BAL Lewis, Jamal RB BAL Morency, Vernand RB HOU Coles, Laveranues WR NYJ Winslow, Kellen TE CLE Jaguars, DST DST JAC His Team Player McNabb, Donovan QB PHI Alexander, Shaun RB SEA Westbrook, Brian RB PHI Burress, Plaxico WR NYG Owens, Terrell WR DAL Smith, L.J. TE PHI Feely, Jay K NYG Ravens, DST DST BAL Johnson, Brad QB MIN Benson, Cedric RB CHI McAllister, Deuce RB NO Johnson, Keyshawn WR CAR Muhammad, Muhsin WR CHI Franks, Bubba TE GB My league's general rules are in the signature below. Please let me know what you think.

1st off....congrats Dude! Without rec pts, I don't really like this trade. Keyshawn and Driver are a wash, but I'd give the edge to Keyshawn. Burress is obviously a big step up from both those guys. Dunn is going to get you a lot of yards, and has less injury history than Westy. Westy will get a lot more receptions, but if that doesn't count... If you can get Westy & Burress, do it NOW! But I don't think I'd do it for Me-shawn. Good Luck on being a new Dad!

Thanks for the congratulations and the advice, Capt. Purple. I am going to pass on the trade and not bother with a counter offer. I feel pretty good about my roster right now. I could use some more firepower at wide receiver and quarterback. However, I think my average players at those spots are well supported by my strength at running back.
