Who's startin' to think this guy is never going to make it in the NFL???  Here's the current "bottom line" on "The REAL Feed":

LenDale Looking Large
About.com: Football (29.03.2007 15:43)
It appears Tennessee Titans running back LenDale White is taking the same offseason approach in training for the 2007 NFL season as he did at this time last year getting...

...And, Dillon's in chubs's rear-view mirror...  Again, from "The REAL Feed":

Corey Dillon mulling NFL return, to visit Titans
USA TODAY: Sports (01.04.2007 22:10)
Earlier this offseason, veteran running back Corey Dillon said he was planning to retire from the NFL. His agent said on Sunday, ...

Sounds like LenDale could be relegated to the 3rd down back who rolls into the first down....

Hey, all!  Thanks for keeping the place up and moving forward given my infrequent visits these days.  Please, however, do be careful about avoiding the creation of redundant threads.  It isn't even so much about cluttering the board as it is keeping discussions and information consolidated, organized and user-friendly.  There was ultimately already a "Titans Offseason Report" thread containing a post about Travis Henry's release.  Granted, that is very old news now; I'm just doing my job as admin.  Here is a link that (now locked) thread:

http://www.fantasyfootballer.com/cgi-bin/theGridiron/YaBB.cgi?board=55;a ction=display;num=1172983689.

Thank you all in advance for your anticipated cooperation and care!

...

Oh, and some news, regarding that vacant-ish starting tailback spot... from "The REAL Feed":

Titans visit with Chargers RB Michael Turner

Brought back to help (Pudge)...  From "The REAL Feed":

Titans bring in Brown to help push White (AP)
Yahoo! News: Democratic Party (19.06.2007 21:45)
For at least one day, LenDale White sounded as if he had finally gotten the message the Tennessee Titans have been trying to send the running back since he dropped to them in the 2006 draft. "You've just got to take care of your body. You've go to do everything right. You've got to come back in ...

How "dee... dee-dee" is this???  From "The REAL Feed":

New game? NFL may let Pacman work out at camp
ESPN: NFL (17.07.2007 14:43)
Adam "Pac Man" Jones could be allowed to participate in training camp when the Tennessee Titans report July 27, his agent confirmed Tuesday.

Titans, tryin' to paste together a receiving corps, take an oldie but a goodie...  From "The REAL Feed":

ESPN: NFL (25.07.2007 18:52)
The Tennessee Titans agreed to terms with veteran receiver Eric Moulds on Wednesday, adding some much needed experience to the roster for quarterback Vince Young.

If you check out the draft board over in the Photos thread, you'll notice that the assistant commish had to write in Eric Moulds's name on the draft board since CBSSportsline didn't provide a sticker for him. The savvy owner that grabbed him? Yours truly.

NFL Network is reporting the Vince Young is not playing the preseason game versus the Titans because he broke a team rule.  (no one knows what rule that is, yet)

Apparently he chose to sleep at his home the night before the game instead of at camp with the rest of the players. Does he think he's better than the rest of the team and gets to play by his own rules? For a guy who needs to be the leader on the team, he's not leading by example.

There are alot worse things that he could have been out doing I suppose! If indeed he was at home, then I'm okay with that..he could've been out fighting his dogs right?

So who has the finger on the pulse of the RBBC in Tennessee?   White going to emerge as the starter?  Fragile Chris Brown?

Does rookie Chris Henry finally seize the job by week 7?
