With the state of the Bills' QB sitch in late years, who knows...?  This guy may just be the starter.  Let's put it this way...  It wouldn't surprise me if this guy got, at least, a handful of starts in '09 for one reason or another.  From "The REAL Feed":

Terrell Owens has a pretty good reason for missing thestart of the Bills' voluntary offseason conditioning program this week.
 
I don't ultimately disagree with the guest comments that point the finger of blame toward media-created hype.  That having been said, why couldn't Owens have headed the media circus off at the pass and told someone on the Bills what was up and that he wouldn't be around?  Answer,... eh-hem,... he didn't want to.  And, the media wags the dog of the public yet again...
