Broncos heap it on... according to "The REAL Feed": Report: Broncos add depth to backfield, sign Buckhalter, Arrington The Sports Network: NFL (27.02.2009 19:49) Report: Broncos nab perennial Pro Bowl safety Dawkins The Sports Network: NFL (27.02.2009 20:10) From a fantasy perspective, I am most intrigued by the Arrington signing. I think he could very well emerge as Denver's go-to tailback. After all, with Shanahan gone, so is his brand of RBBC. Thoughts? Agree/Disagree?

| "Infuriated" and "fed up" the headlines now say... on "The REAL Feed": Jay Cutler infuriated by rumors of Denver Broncos' trades ESPN: NFL (01.03.2009 19:58) Trade talks involving Jay Cutler have strained the relationship between the Denver Broncos' franchise quarterback and new coach Josh McDaniels. Broncos' Cutler fed up with double-trade rumors SI.com: NFL (01.03.2009 20:10) Trade talks involving Jay Cutler have strained the relationship between the Denver Broncos' franchise quarterback and new coach Josh McDaniels. As a football, NFL and Broncos fan, I just have to get this off my chest... While I don't think this is the ideal way for things to get kicked off between the new regime and their field general, how do you think Jake felt, Jay? Point being, I would like to suggest to Mr. Cutler to rise above this by reflecting on how Jake Plummer felt back in 2006. Chap was so blown away that he left football entirely. ... Get over it, Jay, and, to boot, stop with the comparisons with Elway!

| McDaniel never really had a workhorse back in New England... there was always a shared workload, especially with Faulk catching passes out of the backfield. The thing that makes this frustrating is that they still have capable guys like Ryan Torain, Peyton Hillis, Selvin Young, and, to a lesser extent, Andre Hall, Michael Pittman, Tatum Bell, and Cory Boyd in the fold.

| While I not only don't disagree with your general frustration with the situation, Phil,... I absolutely feel your pain,... the Patriots' and McDaniels's rotating backfield, at least this past season, was largely attributable to injuries. But, even with that said, (it seemed to me that) very unlike Shanahan's Broncos, somehow McDaniels and the Patriots did it in a way that every week there was one (if not two) back(s) that would have a predictably good/decent week. Also,... a note,... I think Tatum Bell was cut.

Well, BW, everybody, here's the latest surreal nugget in this soap opera... From "The REAL Feed": Cutler's Denver area home on market for $2M SI.com: NFL (14.03.2009 12:52) DENVER (AP) -- The Denver Broncos insist quarterback Jay Cutler isn't on the market. His house, though, is another matter.

New Cutler Drama: 1) He is officially requesting a trade 2) His parents home is up for sale My 2¢ in this mess - Cutler has taken this WAY too hard. He will be moved and he will end up in a potentially rotten situation. It will be time for him to grow up at his next stop or whine himself out of the league - his choice entirely (DET, MN, CLE?, CHI, TB).

A new breed of drama queen plus opportunist plus fame seeker is being born out of the treacherous womb of sports agency... It seems like the main problem here may be neither Cutler nor McDaniels, but rather this moron,... ironically, but appropriately named "Banks"... From "The REAL Feed": Don Banks: Cutler's agent has history of cooking up trouble SI.com: NFL (17.03.2009 14:52) A high-profile QB having a public breakup with a team? We've seen this movie before, says SI.com's Don Banks, and one man's had a starring role each time. Can't we just educate athletes enough so they can represent themselves (LIKE THE REST OF US), saving all parties involved a bunch of money, and we can rid the planet of this all-too-lucrative, but, nevertheless, bottom-feeder profession!!!

Another day, another day in the Cutler saga... From "The REAL Feed": McDaniels: Broncos ruling out no Cutler options SI.com: NFL (24.03.2009 13:31) DANA POINT, Calif. (AP) -- Broncos coach Josh McDaniels says the team is committed to Jay Cutler as Denver's quarterback. Still, he says no options -- including trades -- are being ruled out. A couple comments I have on this vis-a-vis today's developments... First, McDaniels is NO great communicator. Very inarticulate and thoughtful in his words. Watching the tapes of McDaniels speaking at the NFL meetings was excruciating. I can see how he's made this situation worse, and he is evidently clueless as to how to make it better. Second, the media's focusing on McDaniels's use of the word "if" is going to result in Cutler's hearing nothing else but the word "if" when, truth be said, I think McDaniels didn't mean much by it. He was just talking very generally, and he just said "if" in the natural flow of his speaking. That said, per the above, he needs to learn how to think his words through better.

Well, it's lookin' like... , Jay... UN-believable! From "The REAL Feed": Broncos plan to trade quarterback Cutler SI.com: NFL (31.03.2009 21:31) Apparently convinced that their split with Jay Cutler is irreconcible, the Broncos have decided to pursue a trade for their disgruntled quarterback before the April 25 draft. This is the bad "karma" I, literally, felt the Broncos brought upon themselves when they showed a lack of patience with and screwed Jake Plummer by moving up to draft this snot-nose Vanderbilt brat. That same offseason they accrued more bad "karma" with what they did to Ron Dayne. Somewhere (under Shanahan) the Broncos lost their humanity, which is what I perceived they had and always liked about them, in favor of hardcore business. They'd have won under Plummer eventually. They actually already were winning. And, Dayne would have run well in their system and given them a good three or so years, better than what they wound up with in any event! The whole thing SUCKS and truly puts my love for the Broncos to the test...

I say GOOD FOR CUTLER!!! Josh McDaniels is a lying piece of shit, just like his cheating lying, yet very successful mentor from New England. I feel that Josh suffers from classic "Napolian Syndrom", and he came in way too cocky. I don't blame him for wanting "his guy", but handled it just like a rokkie coach. This is bad news for the broncos, they caused this chaos and now must suffer the brunt of their new coaches cocky ass lying decisions. On a lighter note, the already have the Wrs for any decent Qb to come in and perform well. Maybe they can go for Quinn, Anderson, John Beck, or maybe we will finally see Chris Simms get his fair shot to be a legit player in this league...Only time will tell. They are also in a great position to get one of the top QBs in the draft, which is what I think they will do. Both Cutler, and McDaniels handled this poorly. So here we are again with the Broncos looking for the heir aparent to HOF Elway...Maybe this is coming full circle for Elway being a total dick when the Colts drafted him back in '83, and then forced them to trade him to the Broncos. Good luck in your search for another QB Josh, I personally hope you have the same results Charley in Notre Dame. You dumbass! Bronco Fans I am not slamming you, just your dickhead coach.

What a bunch of April fools... ... Maybe that's what this is on Bowlen's part,... an April Fool's joke... "ASS-u-me-ing it...snot," I think this editorial-type piece off "The REAL Feed" tells the story, explains the plot and the "characters", ... rather well...
