1. Carson Palmer, QB, USC--Bengals I can't screw this pick up! Will he really not play for a year?? 2. Charles Rogers, WR, Mich State--Lions Detroit brings in a local fan favorite with tons of skill. Will thrive with Harrington for years to come. 3. Andre Johnson, WR, Miami--Texans Bringing in the someone to grow with Carr. Will the Texans be the sleeper offense of the year? 4. Dewayne Robertson, DT, Kentucky--Chicago or trade partner Best D-line man on the board, but Chicago needs the picks so expect a trade. 5. Terrance Newman, CB, Kansas State--Cowboys(or Saints) Top Corner in the league. New Orleans needs CB help bad so expect a trade. IF the Cowboys select him, they would rival the Eagles secondary..... 6. Terrell Suggs, DE, Arizona--Cardinals Unbelievable he falls this far. Cardinals would love to bring in a home town player for the fans. 7. Marcus Trufant, CB, Wash State--Vikings (or trade partner) Vikings need major help on Defense. Trufant is second best corner with a huge distance between him and #3 corner. Since Vikes need help, I would not be surprised to see Vikes trade with Patriots. 8. Jordan Gross, OT, Utah--Jaguars They have to try to make the fans forget Boselli somehow. 9. Kwame Harris, OT, Stanford--Carolina Carolina is going to try to get out of this spot. Wanted Gross 10. Byron Leftwich, QB, Marshall--Baltimore Chris Redman? PLEASE. Raven fans heard rejoicing around the world. 11. Jimmy Kennedy, DT, Penn State--Seahawks Seattle needs someone to fill up some space on that line. He is the man. 12. Boss Bailey, LB, Georgia--Rams He is a freak of nature athlete whose speed will fit in perfectly with the Rams D 13. Kevin Williams, DT, OK state--Jets Strong inside rusher. 14. Jonathan Sullivan, DT, Georgia--Patriots Pats need to get much younger on Defense. 15. Wayne Hunter, OT, Hawaii-- Chargers 16. Jerome McDougle, DE, Miami--Chiefs Need Defense help BAD. 17. Troy Polamalu, S, USC--New Orleans Speedy secondary for the Saint if they get him. 18. E.J. Henderson, LB, Maryland--Saints Best LB in the draft in my opinion. Knows how to play the game. 19. WILLIS MCGAHEE, RB, Miami--They can wait a year for him.--Patriots 20. Eric Steinbach, OL, Iowa--Broncos 21. William Joseph, DT, Miami--Cleveland 22. Kelly Washington, WR, Tennessee--Jets They need to replace Coles. He just might do it. 23. Chris Whitten, TE, Tennesee-- Bills Best TE in the draft. Was best receiver on Tennessee last year. YES, better than Kelly Washington. 24. Andre Woolfolk, CB, Oklahoma-- Colts Dungy gotta make that D better. This is a nice start. 25. Michael Haynes, DE, Penn State-- Giants What, the Giants not going after someone on special teams? Giants may move up to middle of draft to get a DT. They need Offense and Defense Line help in this draft. 26. Taylor Jacobs, WR, Florida-- 49ers Need a 3rd reciever on that team especially with Streets possibly being traded.(would not be surprised if they took Boller) 27. Larry Johnson, RB, Penn State-- Pittsburgh. I think think spells the end of The Bus in Steel town. 28. Bryant Johnson, WR, Penn State--Titans Speed and depth added to receiving corp. 29. Rex Grossman, QB, Florida--Packers Packers get their QB of the future. 30. Chris Kelsay, DE, Nebraska--EAGLES Talk of a TE going here, but they REALLY need a DE. 31. Jeff Faine, C, Notre Dame--Raiders Maybe he won't go out drinking before the Superbowl. Also, NFL thinks he will be able to play both tackle positions. 32. Ty Warren, DT, Texas A&M--Raiders Seal up both lines. They also need cornerback, so don't be surprised to see Bethune Cookmans corner go here.
