Fellas, let's keep ALL commentary on the NFL Draft on this thread. So far, it has gone as expected. Not much to talk about that has not already been prior to the start of the Draft, frankly speaking! BUT, when it does go awry, let's talk about it here on this thread! Thanks for all of your anticipated cooperation!

Now, I am gathering that the Saints pick of Sullivan was a weak one, no less they made a trade to move up and do it. I also kind of gather that this was a bad move by the Cardinals too in even making the trade. Could you guys put this in perspective for me? I mean I know the names, but since this is not really my forte, I really do NOT have a "feel" for how bad these moves are! PLEASE, help me understand!

Oh, this is gettin' crazy now! The Vikings have missed their pick. Two teams, the Jaguars and Panthers, picked in between. Then, the Vikings do not pick Trufant! This is all seemin' "whack!" And, moreover, I have to admit that I agree with Mortenson's take on the Jaguars' taking Leftwich. I like Leftwich A LOT, but I do NOT like him in that system, and contrary to what Dennis Green said, system does matter. How 'bout the Vikings pick? The fans did not react well at all! Now, given all the typing I have done here, the Seahawks have already picked, as well. They got Trufant... seems to be that they are the big winners of this stretch that began with the Vikings missing their pick! Is that right? Blahhhhhh!

| I'm not sure I agree with Cards move, but two mid round firsts seems to be very adequate compensation for one top 5 first round.

| Dam, I think that Baltimore and Seattle are the big winners. Granted, I think Baltimore wanted Leftwich, but Terrell is excellent value. Trufant is a nice pick too. I am not too excited about Leftwich in Jax either. He will be on the bench for a while where as in Baltimore he had good chance to start sooner rather than later.

I think, as I said before, it is going to be Willis McGahee!!! |
| I do not want them to go RB, but if they do McGahee would be my choice. Priest is fine, draft defense.

| By the way, my second choice of a RB for K.C. would be Lee Suggs! Remember all of this is coming from the guy who has Priest Holmes in the GBRFL!
