Mock Draft Order

Here is the draft order for our first IDP mock, set by Steg:

1. Tony_O
2. Jetdoc
3. Keyshawn Johnson 76yards
4. Walker_Boh
5. bgsgfan
6. Philly
7. BarnabyWilde
8. DocNiner52
9. Cirrinone (replaced illusionist)
10. DOLFAN

The draft will start Monday (or Sunday night if Tony wants to) Try to check the board as much as possible. I am not going to set a time limit on this, but try to draft quickly. Remember, we are only drafting 13 rounds, one for each lineup spot.

Sorry, my mistake. Yes, it is a snake draft, so it reverses in even rounds.

Guys, I've got ENOUGH on my plate this weekend. I would really make sure an e-mail gets out to ALL these guys, especially DocNiner52 and illusionist, who rarely post here. Otherwise, you may (find out too late that you do) not have your 10, so I would get on that!

I took a different route (from the bottom of the Gridiron homepage, I clicked on the "Total Members" link and clicked on the nicknames to view their profiles), but I got the same results.

I figure we have 5 confirmations at this point (BW, Philly, KJ76, DOLFAN and myself). That leaves Tony_O, Jetdoc, bgsgfan, DocNiner and illusionist unaccounted for. Of those 5, only DocNiner and Tony_O have their emails listed. I'll send those 2 an email and hopefully we'll hear back from them. Needless to say, we have some work to do before this draft can actually happen.

Moreover, we are right on the heels of the CBFL draft. It would be preferable, at least as I see it, to not be doing them concurrently... no mock drafts, no mock drafts, THEN TWO AT THE SAME TIME, then no mock drafts, no mock drafts,... You follow what I am saying. It would just be nice if we could spreeeeead the festivities out.

But, whatever.

True I don't post here much, but I don't post a whole lot at the other sites I visit. I check in here now and then but I'll be an active participant in the mock. I don't commit to something then half-ass it. So, don't worry I'll be around. I do work nights(11pm-7am, est) and usually sleep from noon until 7pm. I'm online quite a bit so it shouldn't be a problem.

I'm still around. My email is JOMRFOOTBL@AOL.COM . I'll br around after 9am tmrw and up til midnight or so every night. I agree with Stegy about 2 Drafts to a point. On another site we had 3-4 drafts going on at the same time and it really SLOWED the site down. I'm in no rush either to fly through this draft... i mean by that forcing MAJOR time restraints for picks. I have nerv done IDPs and am still looking for sites to research based on our scoring. I know its not a "league" but still would rather know that a LB had 90 tackle, but gets 4-5 sacks a yr and some INTs would or would not get more points or be worth more or less than a guy that gets 70 tackles 4 sacks and 7 ints...blah, blah, blah. Whatever. Its no major thing, just fun.
