Well, as I alluded to earlier in the year. I will be running a Yahoo! League with you guys interested in here. It will be a free league, though, competitive, atleast I'm hoping it will be, because I have yet to have any worthy competition in all my years of fantasy football. The scoring system and roster setup will be the default Yahoo! Setup. 1 QB 3 WR 2 RB 1 TE 1 DEF 1K 15 or 16 total spots. I can change this though, if anyone wants. Anyone interested just leave your name here, though remember, draft will be somewhere around August 28ish, that should be a weekend, and it will be an Off-Line draft, so that means we can do it here(if Steg doesn't mind) or using MSN/AIM. Peace. Currently Interested: bgsgfan DOLFAN saltdog KJ 76 Tony_O Barnaby Wilde Cirrinone DocNiner52 Lobo237 RAYven_Lewis Philly merillon

I'm in too. I am feeling stronger now and could always use a fresh league to get into. With 9 starters though, I think we should have a few more reserve spots. the way you have it we can only have 1X qb and 3Xrb/wr/TE/DEF/K as reserves for bye weeks. That mean if you have 4 guys out that week for a bye then you have to cut a starter/stud to get a filler for that week. The NFL is having 4 teams per week with byes this year. If you have 1 guy form each team as a starter and lets say an injured guy, you have serious issues...forced to trade or cut a guy to get a full roster. Example lets say you have Holmes, (Eddie George or William Green), Tony G, Quincy Morgan and Moulds and Trent Green on your team...They all have a bye the same week...you get my point. I just think a few more reserves. Just a thought. Will it be a keeper league?? redraft? 3-4 man keeper? Scoring can come later.

| Right here "between the 20's" like BW is doing his Mock Draft right now! But, KJ, thanks for being humble about it.

Yep, Dolfan, you got it, it was 13 to 14 total roster spots. This is the default setting for Yahoo!, but I'll gladly change it. 16 total spots sound better? As for teams I figure to have 12. I think 10 is not enough because I think everyone will be just about equal, but with 12 teams the talent spreads out a bit, and draft strategy comes into play a bit. As for a Keeper/Dynasty league or a re-draft league, I'm not sure if Yahoo! allows for a Dynasty league, but that's not to say we can't have one. Once we get the full 12 teams, we can work everything out.

Saltdog, to answer your questions. Yahoo! default scoring is 6 points for a touchdown, 2 points for every 10 recieving yards, -2 points for INT, fumble lost, and so forth. Everything is fully customizable though. As for free-agent pick ups. There is usually a Waiver Wire period after a player is dropped. For example, let's say I dropped WR Andre Rison from my team. Let's say you and two other teams wanted to pick him up. He would go on the Waiver Wire, meaning, that within that Waiver period (which can range from 0-4 days depending what I set it on) people can "bid" for him. The person with the lowest waiver rank (usually based on draft position, # of moves made), will get the player. As for trading, there is usually a pending trade period, which can also range from 0-4 days, in which everyone can take a look at the trade, and see if it's fair, and I can automatically forward it through once everyone sees the deal. BW, Walker, Steg, Philly, Cirrinone? Y'all scared?

| Scared? No. Overextended? Yes. I can't commit to anything yet, but I'll try to work some things out.

Guys, KJ, I'm just "out"! Sorry, but my fantasy football butta' is spread WAY too thin as it is 8) and as you guys will see even more so when I start cobbling together the CBFL (coming VERY soon) and the GBRFL2 (it's still in the distance, but you can now hear the horn blowin' and soon the gates will be droppin'). But, thanks for the invite! Maybe, someday down the road when I finally have myself planted under those palm trees with Dostoevsky and Lao Tzu firmly in hand, and, oh yea, about five peanut butter-and-jelly sandwiches! -"I'm hungry!" Okay, I'll admit it... I'm scared! ...
