Precip is the story this week.  Winds and probably temps seem to be a non-factor across the board, unless the forecasts change.
 
Steelers at Jets (1:00 Eastern); 50% chance of snow.
 
49ers at Bengals (1:00 Eastern); 70% chance of rain.
 
Vikings at Bears (1:00 Eastern); 60% chance of snow.
 
Texans at Bucs (1:00 Eastern); 70% chance of rain.
 
Bills at Titans (1:00 Eastern); 60% chance of rain.
 
Ravens at Raiders (4:00 Eastern); 50% chance of rain.  
 
Cowboys at Redskins (4:00 Eastern); 80% chance of snow.
 
Forecasts change.  Keep watching the skies...
