Here's my latest attempt.  Underclassmen and free-agency have changed things quite a bit since the last version.
 
Feel free to comment/criticize.

1 Chargers Eli Manning QB Mississippi DNA makes him first pick in 2004.
2 Raiders Lee Fitzgerald WR Pittsburgh Al Davis wants to win now and outstanding WR will help.
3 Cardinals Sean Taylor FS Miami Elite player is said to be best FS prospect in years.
4 Giants Robert Gallery OT Iowa Possibly the best player and safest pick in entire draft.
5 Redskins Kenechi Udeze DE USC Big-time pass-rusher makes for a scary Redskin D.
6 Lions Kevin Jones RB Virginia Tech Lions add a much-needed weapon to their offense.
7 Browns Ben Roethlisberger QB Miami of Ohio Home-grown QB will end the Browns QB controversy.
8 Falcons Tommie Harris DT Oklahoma Athletic run-stopper can rush the passer too.
9 Jaguars Mike Williams WR USC Tremendous WR perfect complement for Leftwich.
10 Texans Vince Wilfork DT Miami Huge DT showed weight wasn't a problem at combine.
11 Steelers Chris Gamble DB Ohio St. Tall, athletically-gifted CB fills a glaring hole for Steelers.
12 Jets DeAngelo Hall DB Virginia Tech Herm Edwards played CB and now grabs a quick one.
13 Bills Kellen Winslow, Jr. TE Miami Best TE slips a little, but Bills and Bledsoe are happy.
14 Bears Will Smith DE Ohio St. Relentless pass-rusher will help an anemic defense.
15 Buccaneers Steven Jackson RB Oregon St. Complete RB falls into the Bucs lap just as Gruden hoped.
16 49ers Roy Williams WR Texas Stock dropped with combine measurements, but still an elite WR.
17 Bengals Randy Starks DT Maryland Biggest need for Bengals is capably filled.
18 Saints DJ Williams LB Miami Top OLB fills a hole for the Saints struggling defense.
19 Vikings  Marquise Hill DE LSU Massive DE will make immediate impact on Vikes D.
20 Dolphins Reggie Williams WR Washington Will work with Chambers for a solid 1-2 punch after Ricky.
21 Patriots* Darnell Dockett DT Florida St. Quick, athletic DT partially fills the hole left by Ted Washington.
22 Cowboys Shawn Andrews OT Arkansas Tuna surprised he slipped this far; happily takes a needed position.
23 Seahawks Dwan Edwards DT Oregon St. Huge run-stuffer will improve Seattle D from day one.
24 Broncos Rashaun Woods WR Oklahoma St. Will form a nice WR duo with Ashley Lelie.
25 Packers JP Losman QB Tulane QB in the mold of Favre will become his eventual successor.
26 Rams Ben Troupe TE Florida Versatile TE is good blocker and receiver.
27 Titans Antwan Odom DE Alabama May not be a Freak, but can get after the QB.
28 Eagles Jonathan Vilma LB Miami Maybe the next Ray Lewis?  Eagles hope so.
29 Colts Dunta Robinson CB South Carolina Fast-rising CB has size and speed.
30 Chiefs Derrick Strait CB Oklahoma Solid CB will do wonders for the KC pass defense.
31 Panthers Vernon Carey OG Miami Underrated lineman is just what Panthers needed.
32 Patriots Chris Perry RB Michigan Pats really need a RB and may try to trade up for one.
