Jay Cutler going to my Jets ? I can't say I'd be terribly disappointed with that. Here's my mock draft: http://www.junkyardjake.com/NFLDraft/index.htm We should keep track of these first post-combine mock drafts and see if between you, me and Barnaby, we actually get any of the picks right. If I get two out of thirty-two, I think I'd be happy with that. |
| I'll admit that I'm a bit of a reactionary when it comes to player rankings. I'll forgive past impressions and go with the "what have you done for me lately" angle. So DeAngelo really impressed at the Sr. Bowl and Combine and Maroney hasn't done anything yet in the off-season. Cutler is my favorite QB of this draft. I don't know how the Pennington re-signing will affect this pick. There are also still plenty of trade rumors and free agency things going on. If Kitna ends up with the Jets, I'm sure it will change their QB plans. I'd prefer not to be held to my early mocks. If we're going to judge them, let's wait until our last version before the draft. Too many things change in the days leading up to the draft. I think my final mock draft for 2005 is still posted here: http://home.comcast.net/~thegridiron
