With regards to Week 10 in the GBRFL, my primary bitch-slap victim is NONE OTHER than MYSELF!!! Would have lost one game no matter what... BUT, would have won one if I just put Kevan Barlow in my lineup over Cedric Benson, which IS what I did do in the other hopeless game. I turned about a 20-point win into a 2-point LOSS with that move. I suppose I could also lay some valid blame at the doorstep of Mr. Benson, who only really needed to merely maintain my yards per rush. 7-for-20 might have gotten me by, but NOT 7-for-8. ... Oh, yea, and Joe Jurevicius,... thanks for showing up every week I doN'T play you, but dickin' me in the ass every week I do. You ultimately didn't matter, but this pattern of yours with me is worth noting at this point. As for JYJ's league, where I pulled back into first in the division, after making a WILD trade no less, ONLY complaint... lies with MIKE BELL, my '06 nightmare on SO MANY levels!!! When I go to bed LATE Hawaii time on Saturday night-Sunday wee hours, the last word I got was that TATUM Bell would likely be inactive. I wake up the following morning only minutes before kickoff, i.e. with NO time to make ANY changes to lineups, only to learn it is HE who is SOMEHOW been deactivated for the week,... that Tatum would be starting, and Damien Nash would be activated in place of Mike Bell. What a slap in the face! I should have known that this guy represented bad "karma" for me... I can't, with peace of mind though, go and drop his ass,... especially after the deal I cut last week, which involved moving Frank Gore.
