Fantasy Football:  Virtue or Misdeed?

As you may or may not know, The FFGridiron.com has teamed with fantasyfootballer.com.  Fantasy Footballer will be the message boards and enhance the community aspect of the FFGridiron, while the FFGridiron will help this message board build its awareness and community as well.
 
We are extremely pleased to offer this since it allows both of our sites to do what we do best.  You may have already seen Priest Holmes' Voodoo article which has caused quite a stir.  However, today we have a different article and the first from this author on the FFGridiron.

I agree with you Paul.
 
Fantasy football has increased my appreciation and expanded my knowledge of the game and its players. Before fantasy football, the only thing that matter was if the Broncos won and the Raiders lost... that's it. I didn't know or care about the rest of the league. Now, a few years into my fantasy experience, I'm pretty much up to date with every team and its players. I know who the back ups are and how Arizona played last week. Fantasy football has brought "being a fan" to a whole new level.

First off, Paul of FFGridiron.com, I, ultimately, agree with the sentiment of your position.  More critically speaking, though, your second paragraph is really not very cogent.  I agree with the main point of your article, so I do not need very much convincing, but the specific point you are trying to make in the second paragraph is not presented with much impact.  Your third paragraph is much more successfully persuasive.  Your example of "Antowain" Smith in this paragraph (despite the misspelling ) is much more solid and appropriate than your example of LaDainian Tomlinson in the second paragraph.  Overall, the spirit of this piece is right and of significant importance to the very misunderstood FF community.  Good job and keep at it, friend!
