Just for the record...

...it was the Jets that were once the Titans , not the Giants .  They talked about it this morning on NFL Countdown.
 
This post is for a friend around here who does not have to identify himself, but recently, in a phone conversation with me, insisted that the Giants were the team that was formerly the Titans.  I kind of had my suspicions, knowing the long history of the "New York Football Giants".  I even suggested that I thought it was the Jets.
