Yikes, MC... You've really been on both sides of the fence in your life, huh, MC? That's interesting. Anyway,... even though our girl uses a different spelling,... I think we should go with... ..."IN 'THE RED ZONE'" that is... ... Given Emily Procter's other work and knowing the direction our Callie leans in (the "right" one, that it ), this caricature even works on a political level. I also just want to throw this out there... I LOVE Emily Procter... She's got that "regular girl" hot look... My little Asian honey and her in bed at the same time... Schhhhhhwing... Queue up those heart-defibrillator paddles...

On third thought here,... isn't that picture of Sean Penn (Spiccoli?) actually our long, lost friend FourTwoOh??? ... ... Anyway,... I thought this was MUCH better addressed here rather than over on the thread to which this was posted... on May 20th, 2006, 12:12am, Philly wrote:| I thought, in the back of my mind, that you might have some idea since Steg thinks its funny to mock me with the sumo wrestler smiley. |
| In ALL sincerity, Jeff, my assigning that smiley you mention to you had (I won't say nothing but) little to do with you being our big guy here on "the Gridiron". Like you did when you pointed out the uncanny resemblance between Jimmy O and (not the same, I understand, but it's worth noting that it's not really a becoming choice), when I saw "sumo" there, my mind just immediately darted to your original pic for the "FF Articles" section, . You two are a match... "weigh-in" aside,... but when you throw that in... it's... BUT, that's ONLY in the most endearing of ways. If I gave you a smiley like or (which would take some "negative reading into"), WHICH I WOULD NEVER DO, I would be "mind-melding" with you... But, YOKOZUNA!!! NO WAY, Jeff... HE'S THE MAN!!! I LOVE that smiley, just like I value your presence here! If anything I could see YOKO there taking offense to your lack of acceptance... Dude, partially in an effort to mitigate what I thought you might take the wrong way, I made myself a friggin' hard, veiny schlong with wirey ball hairs... who, actually,... ... and, moreover, fits the persona some people want to slap me with 'round here (which I don't totally appreciate,... but realize I in a way deserve). In fact, though, there is actually a story about another nickname (a bit prior to StegRock, which came out of a student arts festival show I was in junior year during which I did a stand-up routine (rocked the house ) and for which I was dubbed M.C. StegRock, which STUCK and continues to stick wherever I go and I mention it/it becomes known; here I am 35-years-old and even some of my grad school buds here at UH have picked it up here on "the Gridiron" and are calling me it), Boner, which I never really took to (as the sensitive newcomer to the school in 8th grade), but should have. I actually got a lot of mileage out of it (in student council speeches and whatnot... "Vote for Boner on your Ballot"), but I was tall and lenky and, like you, Jeff, about your weight, self-conscious about it, and so it always remained deep-down a tender issue with me. But, don't get me wrong... That's ancient history... that would no longer even apply given the pot-belly thing we old guys tend to get and that, at any rate, I've long come to terms with... and which the nickname StegRock snuffed out, in any event. ... My point is just the same as MC's was here... on Jun 5th, 2006, 3:30pm, MordecaiCourage wrote:| ...might I add this...the thing that makes a good "dogging" so funny is that there is always a hint of truth in the comment. Does that sting a bit..? If it does then you need to chill a bit and laugh at yourself...hey we're all laughing at you so you may as well join us! |
| I'm sorry, Jeff, if rubs you a bit the wrong way, BUT it shouldn't. I mean it in only the MOST endearing of ways! On the contrary, "claims" (or should I say "feigns") of ignorance (of your weight) and half-hearted, after-the-fact kiss- -up sessions aside, I would NEVER call you some of the truly nasty shit KKS did back there on that thread. Again, I'm a veiny hard-on with wirey ball hairs, . Jim's angry and givin' the finger, . And, you are Yokozuna, , the man who will stomp the piss out of you! It's sweet!!!
