As I prepare my keepers, I was thinking back to the 2005 draft.  You know, the one that was supposed to be akin to the Class of '83 QBs .

1st 4 picks
1.  Cadillac Williams
2.  Ronnie Brown
3.  Cedric Benson
4.  JJ Arrington


And then at #5, BW takes Alex Smith, and let's us all know how much he hates "all you M@#%^ F(*)**ers".   ;D

Just 3 years later, and BW is the only one with a solid starter!  Benson's out, Arrington never panned out, Brown is going to lose carries to Rasta Williams (though you could make the arguement he's still worth more than Smith, but I would disagree in a league that starts 2 QBs), and Caddy is on blocks!

Crazy.

Wow!  Makes me fee a little better about my own very suspect 1st round picks! :-/
