When is the first time we can perform FA add/drops?  I thought we couldn't do them until after week one but I just wanted to verify.  Thanks!

Your thinking is correct, Ray.  Any transactions now, trades or free-agent picks, will go through as Week 1 transactions.

Steg, do coaches count as one of your 2 weekly pickups?

No.  Coaches are done in a separate round.
