Skcus Redef 2 is officially changing it's team name to:

Riders On The Storm

Seems lame but there is good history behind it. When I first joined the league, my team was Mojo Rison, taken from the song and album L.A. Woman by the Doors (my dog's name is Mojo and Andre Rison was my #1 receiver).

This album also contains this song and it is a good description of my running backs and their battle with my early, crappy pre-season injury.

Sorry for the long story but in the past my name has caused confusion so I wanted to clear the air on this one. Dan, if you ever want to know what Skcus Redef 2 meant, just re-type it backwards, starting at the "f".

Actually, since I updated the "Rosters" page with Markie's gay team name ::) , I gave you one, at least for the time being. It's actually an obviously great choice given your name change here on "the Gridiron", and I know you are going to ask me, "Why don't you just tell me what you want it to be?", anyway! So,... My take on the "Storm" .... it comes from the Joe P. school of using a team name to as an excuse.

I hate to say it, but Feder is looking pretty smart right now. Keeping Amos was not difficult, but somewhat risky and it paid off. But drafting Bryson, who was thought to have no shot at playing time, is certainly lucky, but looks smart right now. Now, we just need Watson to beat out Trung in D.C. and all will be fair in this league. :P
