Who are your QB's, Barnaby? Let's chat (but I do have to hit the sack soon over here in the ROK)! So, I may be replying again tomorrow! Sorry! :-[ But, my word is good! I will respond! Right now, I will say this much... Tendinitis, throwing-arm elbow and September 5th do not go well together. Think Favre 2000. And, he is a great one. Couch is in for a long year and, Cleveland's improvements on the "O"-line and on "D" and all the hype regarding Holcomb aside, Couch's inability to play 100% this season will probably dampen the hopes Cleveland had for this year and cause them to miss the playoffs. :o

hope you don't mind me piggybacking a question onto your post.....with Couch hurting, what do you see happening to KJ's numbers....if I remember correctly, he didn't do too well with Couch out at the end of last year. Would you bench him for this week for the likes of Travis Taylor or Dyson, or would you pick up D. Thompson (for T. taylor) and play him this week?

As an owner of Couch in GBRFL this really hurts....on the surface. However, it is always exciting watching a new QB get the start. This is where the unknown studs come from.

Remember when Trent Green went down and the Rams season was lost when Kurt Warner came in??

Remember how the Saints season was OVER when some guy named Aaron Brooks had to fill in?

Granted, for every stud there are 10 duds. (Ty Detmer, Koy Detmer, and of course the infamous Bubbys)

I know I am going to be watching Holcomb with great interest this weekend. (Yes, I was smart enough to pick him up this week.)
