They're looking for a veteran backup as we speak.

Signing a veteran??
Who's out there??
Anthony Wright, A.J. Feeley??
Martz must want to blow his brains out at this point.  [smiley=shootmyself.gif]

Try this one on for size...

Jeff George
For those of you who have read some of my articles, you may know that I am a Jeff George fan.  I think the guy's bum-rap is a little overblown.  It is all "[smiley=yinandyang.gif]" anyway in life.  In any case, though, I always thought he'd be an intriguing option for Martz's system! The first BIG in-season injury.  Thankfully I was able to grab Martin in four leagues (out of 7) and waiting on waivers to see about 2 other leagues.  All of my leagues are internet based and supposedly with top FF players - and yet they still didn't backup Warner?  What happenned to the rule that you should ALWAYS backup your studs?  I mean Warner was a top 5 pick in almost every league, how do you not back that up?

I don't think Jamie Martin has to worry too much about the veteran taking his job.  The Rams have signed Covington(yes, a former Bungel) to back him up.  No worries there!!!
