Title: Re: Need WR & RB Help Post by StegRock on Nov 8th, 2002, 7:58am Alexander and Watson at RB... I just don't like the prospects of Taylor's injury sitch. Burress and Streets at WR... Streets should have a fine week against KC Swiss (originally dubbed right here right now @ "the Gridiron"... a spinoff on the "Swiss Cheese" nick) ;) . Burress is the best of the rest, or at least the most consistent as of late, and he has a decent matchup. No reason to bench him! |

Title: Re: Need WR & RB Help Post by FourTwoOh on Nov 8th, 2002, 10:59am You will all rue the day you dissed the KC d's googly mooglyness! You make it sound as iff they routinely give up 150 a game to opposing rb's, or 340 a game to opposing qb's! I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but would people be running around, talking about the Chiefs defense being toasted all the time if they were bad? Huh, Huh? No they wouldn't! Even I know that to be toasted is an honor. Jealousy I tell ya. Jealousy. |

Title: Re: Need WR & RB Help Post by Philly on Nov 8th, 2002, 12:58pm I actually looked at the numbers... the Chef's defense is allowing respectable rushing and passing totals so far. It is the points, however, that have been the reason for the mocking. [smiley=hellyeafunny.gif] |

Title: Re: Need WR & RB Help Post by Walker_Boh on Nov 9th, 2002, 4:38pm RB Alexander - we all know what he can do Watson - looked great last week WR Streets- he will be pumped up after keeping the starting job Sanders- with Boston gone, he will be the man for Arizona |

Title: Re: Need WR & RB Help Post by ColaSteeler on Nov 9th, 2002, 6:47pm At RB I like Alexander and Watson. Taylor got banged up last week, and hasn't looked really good in the past few weeks. At WR I like Burress and Streets. Sanders would get some consideration, but I would like to see him as the clear cut #1 Wr for a week. I have a feeling that he will be more heavily guarded now, especially since he is the last experienced WR Arizona has (other than F. Jones - TE). |
