Title: Need RB advice!!
Post by PA Outlaws on Dec 5th, 2002, 1:21pm
First Week of Playoffs, and I play my bitter rival!! I have Alexander and I need to decide between George or Duckett as my #2! George has been pretty decent for me as a # 2 RB this year, averaging around 10 points a game. Last I heard, Dunn is doubtful so Duckett should get the bulk of the carries! George has been really tailing off lately and seems to be getting phased out of the Offense. Do I play Duckett or George? All thoughts, opinions, and info is appreciated!!!!  Thanks in advance!

I'd go with George. Jacksonville{where the hell did THAT come from}Indi and Tampa are two defenses I'd rather not have to have my players face, but Indianapolis is the lesser of two eveils. Good luck.

sorry for any confusion there. Jacksonville is listed directly above Indi. Brain farts, gotta love 'em.

Tampa's run defense is ranked 6th in the NFL[smiley=nervous.gif], giving up 97.4 yards per game and Indy is ranked 24th giving up 126.7[smiley=smileythumbsdown.gif]
On the season, Tampa has allowed 7 rushing TD's, Indy 10
Duckett will be playing in Tampa. George plays at home.

I'd start George with confidence. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

You must start Eddie since he is your main man. Good luck this week against the hated Zags.

Easy choice for you this week.  Duckett against Buc defense is a good shot at zero fantasy points.

George has been decent, so go with him.

Got to agree with the masses and go with steady Eddie...
