Title: "Red Zone Fantasy MVP's of the Week" - Week 15

Week 15

Think I got a neat idea for another participatory thread here at "the Red Zone" (to go along with our "Red Zone PRIMED Players for the Week").  I am calling it "Red Zone Fantasy MVP's of the Week".  Here, you are to list your key player for the week, the one that was key to your victory(ies).  I really think we can have some fun with this! [smiley=dancin.gif] You can expect this to be up every Tuesday from here on out!

...

As for me, I am goin' down twice this week and will probably only have a 1-game lead when all is said and done.  So, I do not have much to offer up.  My best two players of the week were Priest Holmes and Curtis Martin.  Let's leave it at that for this week.  Gee, welcome back home to the States, huh?

Clinton Portis did it for me.  I tuned into the game just in time to see him fumble at the goal line and hear the announcers say that was his second fumble of the 1st half.   :o  I didn't realize he had already scored enough to guarantee me a first-round playoff win!   [smiley=hellyeafunny.gif]

Now I'm in the Super Bowl.  The two best teams from the regular season advanced to the final game so everything worked out the way it was supposed to.  Now this game means the difference between $200 and $300 and bragging rights for the entire offseason.

The Giants D for me.  Had them in two leagues and their  performance against the lowly cowboys was the deciding factor in both of these teams making the superbowl 8)

My CBS league, would have to be Marvelous Marvin Harrison and the Giants D. Put me in the Superbowl. Now, if they can pick up the slack again this week for the injured Priest, I can win it!

This week's game [smiley=footballsmiley.gif] goes to Clinton Portis![smiley=yes.gif] His 40 points :o clinched it for me as both of my CBSSportsline teams are going to the Superbowl! [smiley=havinablast.gif] I'll be playing the #1 ranked team in both leagues [smiley=nervous.gif] and I'll need another big game from CP and the crew to pull it out.
