11:54 PT: Updating an earlier story, the Post-Dispatch's Jim Thomas reports the St. Louis Rams are acquiring G David Loverne from the Washington Redskins, in addition to a fourth-round pick in this year's NFL Draft, in exchange for RB Trung Canidate. Loverne will compete for one of the Rams' starting guard spots.

I am really surprised about this. Trung Canidate is the ARedskins New starter. I have never really been a big fan of his. In addition, I was under the impression the Redskins liked LaDell Betts.
