I just heard that Derrick Mason broke his hand playing golf over the weekend. Those divits can be a killer...maybe he will slip in the shower next time.

Also, the article discusses DT Albert Haynesworth's suffering a hyperextended knee in a freak incident. In any case, neither case seems to be all too serious. Mason expects to have to rest/protect the broken hand until the end of June, though.

Just a tiny bone in his hand! He'll be fine by camp. Not to worry! I really like Mason. He is a very solid receiver and will continue to post good numbers with the phasing out of George!
