Title: What do you think of Lamar Gordon????

God's honest truth, I don't know enough about him!!  I picked him up in all four of my leagues on spec, for a few games at least in an RB need situation.  Trade bait in a bit?  Play him over Williams for now?

As far as advice on which RB to play or trade, I have no idea, but I can tell you that Gordon is big and fast and hits the hole hard. When he has carried the ball this year, he has looked good...a 5+ yard per carry average.

He could have a big game this week against the Cardinals.

Depending on your situation in each league, I would hold onto him as long as you can if you need a RB, and try and trade him after he goes off this week against Arizona.  It never hurts to see what you can get for him.  After all, if you don't like what is being offered, you can always keep him.

He looked good today, and all year actualy. He is no Faulk for sure, but looked quicker than the recent Faulk...past 1.25 yrs anyway. He hit the holes hard, has good vision, and i was surprised at his blitz pickups and burst. Like I said, he is no Faulk, but has played better than him this year. He also plays with more drive.
Clearly Faulk's knees are showing the pounding of many yrs. 5 surgeries in 4 yrs. Faulk will come back and be the man, but don't be surprised as he will lose "touches" to Gordon.
I'm not saying Gordon is the 2nd coming of anything, just that he is an above average back with speed, eyes, grit, smarts. I'm still watching his game to see which player he is close to, style wise. Either way he is the next RB in that offense and will produce good #s when given the chance.
Maybe Martz knew that Faulk was missing something lately and was spreading the ball to extend Marshall's time in the league. I think Faulk has 1 yr left after this...at an above average level. Then Gordon will be the guy for the Rams.
