Title: Question about Maddox, Plax and Ward Post by DOLFAN on Oct 9th, 2003, 12:15pm Tommy is playing poorly I agree and is usually ranked between 15-22 on expert sites every week. Yet at the same time BOTH Plax and Ward are ranked in the TOP 8 most weeks. Could somoen please tell me how you can ranke BOTH PITT WRs in the top 10 , but not there QB? I agree Maddox should be ranked where he is, but if you say that both WRs will have 90+ and 1TD each, then their QB should have 250+ and 2+ tds right? With TE and RB catches too. Hell if you get 250+ and 1.5 TDs a game you would start that guy every time! I have seen this all year, and in the offseason rankings too. It just doesn't add up, does it? Does it? I like Tommy, but he is struggling, and his WRs are paying for it. So are their owners! I think they do this to cover their asses and then when 1 of the WRs get his stats they say...well...at least I got 1 right. [smiley=doh.gif] Am I wrong looking at it like this? Just curious. Title: Re: Question about Maddox, Plax and Ward Post by bakes781 on Oct 9th, 2003, 12:31pm You are so right. It makes me wish I could be a fantasy football adviser. I think Chambers should be ranked ahead of both of them. Even if Maddox does well it's not like both guys could have 150+ yards each. Chris is the #1 option at WR. He is extremely talented. The one negative is Fiedler. |

Title: Re: Question about Maddox, Plax and Ward Post by steelkings on Oct 9th, 2003, 3:49pm Maddox and those recievers are capeable of those numbers. It wont happen until they are able to run between the tackles again. Zerohoweveryouspellit tries to take everything outside. They are better with the bus ramming it in there. |

Title: Re: Question about Maddox, Plax and Ward Post by Keyshawn Johnson 76yards on Oct 9th, 2003, 7:20pm Maddox averages more INTs then TDs, that's the reason I'm assuming he's ranked that low. |
