Here is another one of our fun participatory threads here in "the Red Zone" (to go along with our "Red Zone PRIMED Players for the Week"). It is called "Red Zone Fantasy MVP's of the Week". Here, you are to list your key player(s) for the week, the one or ones that were key to your victory(ies). I really think we can have some fun with this! [smiley=dancin.gif] You can expect this to be up every Monday/Tuesday from here on out!

I finally shed my GM Dunce hat after benching Ferrotte vs SF due to the dreaded game time decision

Jeff Garcia ~ I'm probably one of the few who kept him in against Tampa Bay D this week. Gives u an indication of how desperate my QB situation is in that league.

In my more friend and fun league my FA pickup Q. Carter helped lead me to victory not to mention Horn and Portis.

In the QFL Culpepper was huge
S. Moss was pleasently surprising and my defensive game ball goes to
D. Sharper 9 tackles and two forced fumbles.

I had a MONSTROUS TOTAL-TEAM effort this week, so it's hard to pick just a couple guys. I just wish I had a bonus game in the GBRFL this week. [smiley=annoyed.gif] Oh, well! I'll take my one HUGE victory for the week and [smiley=pumped.gif] for next week! As for my game balls this week, I'll go with some new faces, one at each of the three main positions, who really put me over the top this week...

QB - Jake Delhomme (just traded for him 2 weeks ago)

RB - Warrick Dunn (couldn't ask for more out of my #3 back who I just got in a trade 3 weeks ago)

RC - Santana Moss (a free-agent pick-up 3 or 4 weeks ago who made his first start on my squad this week)

This week's game [smiley=footballsmiley.gif] goes to Joh Horn, with 8 catches for 133 yards and a TD... oh wait, I just remebered... I traded him... nevermind. In that case, my MVP would have to be Mike Shanahan, his team only lost by eight points... Seriously, with losses of 65-0 and 50-0 in the GBRFL2, it was that kind of week!
