Title: Bills - Moulds... collecting mold or in the fold? Post by StegRock on Oct 23rd, 2003, 8:35pm Wow, the news breaking on "the Gridiron Newsstand" regarding the status of Eric Moulds for this week's game is so split. Here is what the LOCAL sources are reporting: Glass half-full - http://www.democratandchronicle.com/sports/bills/1023N325CF5_billsnotes23_bills.shtml; Glass half-empty - http://www.syracuse.com/nfl/spnet.ssf?/default.asp?c=advance&page=nfl/news/ABN2861172.htm. [smiley=whatever.gif] ... Any thoughts, my fellow Gridironers? |

'Wide receiver Eric Moulds complained of soreness in his injured groin on Thursday, and he is uncertain of his status for Sunday night's game against the Chiefs, the Associated Press reported. Moulds has missed the last two games and is listed as questionable. "I want to play, but at the same time I've got to be smart because it's still a long season," Moulds said.' ~fanball |

Title: Re: Bills - Moulds... collecting mold or in the fo Post by captainpurple on Oct 24th, 2003, 10:09am Upsetting part about this is it's an ESPN game, so unless you have another Bills WR or a KC player to sub in at the last minute, you'll most likely have to make your decision before he makes his decision. [smiley=annoyed.gif] Hate those gametime decisions! That said, Buffalo sits 1 game out of 1st in the AFC East. I get the feeling they think they got on the right track vs WAS last week without Moulds! I wouldn't be suprised at all to see them sit him again going into the bye. Then come out firing on all cylinders Week 10. But more likely, they try to use him sparingly, and hope they can get ahead and pound Henry. Who knows, I'm rambling. Tough call! ::) GO VIKES! |
