Title: Texans - Carr in the shop
Post by StegRock on Oct 27th, 2003, 10:46pm
Here's how it reads on "The REAL Feed":

Texans' Carr doubtful for Sunday
The Sports Network: NFL (27.10.2003 21:44)

This is what the Texans' official web site, available on "the Gridiron Newsstand", is reporting:

So, it'll probably be ole' journeyman Tony Banks to start Week 9.  Worth pickin' up?  Whatchyas think?

I've never liked Banks and can't imagine he'll do much more than hand it off to Davis a lot and throw a lot of incompletions and interceptions.

I'm not touching him, but I hope all my opponents do.

Though Banks had an unusual, unexpected solid performance in relief duty against Carolina last week, on "the Gridiron Newsstand" it's sayin' that Carr should be ready for their game this week against Cincy:
