Title: Burress? Post by steelkings on Nov 7th, 2003, 9:40am Burress (shoulder) did not practice for the second day in a row, but he remains probable on the team's injury report. Coach Bill Cowher said he is "hopeful" Burress will practice today and play against the Cardinals. "We're just trying to get him back," Cowher said. "We don't anticipate changing his status." |

Steelers: Burress practices, expects to play by Fanball Staff - Fanball.com Saturday, November 8, 2003 News Steelers' wide receiver Plaxico Burress returned to the practice field on Friday for the first time this week. He has been hampered by a shoulder injury. Burress is still listed as probable on the injury report, but he is expected to play against the Cardinals. Views Check back in on Sunday morning to see if his status has changed, but for now it looks like Plax will start against the Cards. |

He'll probably play, but he is in pain when he runs, not good news for the receiver responsible for "stretching the field". |
