Title: WINDOWS 2004 - Carolina Panthers Post by bgsgfan on Jun 13th, 2004, 4:18pm No, this isn't a new Microsoft operating system release. This is your opportunity to share your statistical "windows" for players on each of the NFL teams. Our fearless leader (and founder of the FantasyFootballer.com Gridiron), StegRock, refers to these statistical ranges as "windows" and, to show, due deference, I will continue that modus operandi. Every day or two I'll post a new team. Put your estimated 2004 statistics for players on that team in the thread. If enough people participate, these threads should produce some pretty helpful information for player rankings leading up to your drafts. Feel free to give windows for as many players as you feel confident. If you play IDP, go ahead and include some defensive player statistics as well. You can just list the player with the windows or you can give reasons for your rankings as well. Discussions of others' rankings are welcome too. I have some free time today, so I asked Philly if I could help keep this going. |

Title: Re: WINDOWS 2004 - Carolina Panthers Post by bgsgfan on Jun 13th, 2004, 4:32pm QB: Jake Delhomme: 3200-3500 PaYds, 21-23 TDs, 16-18 INTs It appears that Carolina should have one of the most QB friendly FF schedules. Delhomme should also get a little more freedom this year after performing admirably last year. RB: Stephen Davis: 1100-1300 RuYds, 6-8 TDs, 150-175 ReYds, 1-3 TDs DeShaun Foster: 500-700 RuYds, 1-3 TDs, 175-275 ReYds, 0-2 TDs Davis is getting older, Foster is talented and fully recovered... look for more of a RBBC to develop than most think. More confidence in the passing game will also cause a slight loss in production for the RBs as a whole. WR: Steve Smith: 1100-1300 ReYds, 7-9 TDs Muhsin Muhammad: 700-900 ReYds, 2-4 TDs I am assuming Moose is still with the team. TE: Kris Mangum: 125-175 ReYds, 1-2 TDs Mike Seidman: 100-150 ReYds, 0-1 TDs Yawn |

Title: Re: WINDOWS 2004 - Carolina Panthers Post by Philly on Jun 14th, 2004, 8:42am QB: Jake Delhomme: 3600-3800 PaYds, 24-28 TDs Jake proved he was legit last season and should do even better this season. RB: Stephen Davis: 1200-1400 RuYds, 6-8 TDs, 150-200 ReYds, 2-3 TDs DeShaun Foster: 500-600 RuYds, 3-4 TDs, 350-450 ReYds, 2-3 TDs Davis will still be the go-to guy, but look for Foster to get into the mix a bit more. Neither scores enough TDs. WR: Steve Smith: 1100-1200 ReYds, 10-12 TDs Muhsin Muhammad: 500-600 ReYds, 3-4 TDs Ricky Proehl: 350-450 ReYds, 2-3 TDs Keary Colbert: 250-350 ReYds, 1-2 TDs Smith is the winner here and should be an outstanding FF performer. TE: Kris Mangum: 200-250 ReYds, 2-3 TDs Mike Seidman: 150-250 ReYds, 1-2 TDs bgsgfan said it best... "Yawn" |
