Title: WINDOWS 2004 - Kansas City Chiefs
Post by Philly on Jul 20th, 2004, 10:33am
No, this isn't a new Microsoft operating system release.  This is your opportunity to share your statistical "windows" for players on each of the NFL teams.  Our fearless leader, StegRock, refers to these statistical ranges as "windows" and, to show due deference, I will continue that modus operandi.

Every few days as we lead up to the regular season, I'll post a new team.  Put your estimated 2004 statistics for players on that team in the thread.  If enough people participate, these threads should produce some pretty helpful information for player rankings leading up to your drafts.

Feel free to give windows for as many players as you feel confident.  If you play IDP, go ahead and include some defensive player statistics as well.  You can just list the player with the windows or you can give reasons for your rankings as well.  Discussions of others' rankings are welcome too.

Be sure to scroll down the list and find the Windows for other teams and contribute there as well!

QB
Trent Green: 3800-4000 PaYds, 24-27 TDs, 15-18 INTs
He still seems to slide under the radar, but he puts up good numbers and is good for one or two monster efforts each year.

RBs
Priest Holmes: 1300-1500 RuYds, 18-20 TDs, 500-600 ReYds, 4-6 TDs
Larry Johnson: 300-500 RuYds, 2-3 TDs
The Chiefs keep saying they'll spell the Padre more each year, but it never happens.  I have him ranked as the #1 FF player at any position.

WRs
Eddie Kennison: 800-900 ReYds, 5-6 TDs
Johnnie Morton: 550-750 ReYds, 3-5 TDs
Dante Hall: 400-600 ReYds, 2-3 TDs
Nothing too exciting here.  Kennison might be a decent #3 FF WR, but this is clearly an area the Chiefs will address in 2005.

TEs
Tony Gonzalez: 800-950 ReYds, 8-9 TDs
Kris Wilson: 200-250 ReYds, 1-2 TDs
Gonzo is the best in the game and should have another stellar season.  However, keep an eye on him because he has a stress fracture in his foot that bears watching.  If he goes down, grab rookie Kris Wilson.
