Your right, both wil have good weeks! Great situation to be in.
Start Bulger - the Rams are the ONLY team that is 2nd to the Colts in pass attempts and that spells well for Bulger against arizona.
Though I have heard that Martz wants to rush more this season, he just can't help himself and the Rams will continue to throw more than they run.

I agree, Bulger is the better start this week.
