Title: Does T Carter's injury increase Hilliard's stock?

G-Men aren't much of a scoring team via the pass.  Toomer has been the only viable WR to this point.   With T Carter out for the season, does Hilliards' value increase?  Or will Shockey continue to be the goal line target?   Do the GMen have any deep passing game to speak of?

Haven't seen any Giants games this year.

I don't know the answer, although I know Coughlin said that rookie Jamaar Taylor will step in for Carter.  Taylor is a deep threat, much like Carter was, but I don't know if the team has the confidence to use him like they did Carter.

I've only seen one Giants game this year and it was a terrible game for the G-men against the Eagles.

Yeah, too bad you haven't watched them since, when the have only given up 41 points in 4 games. Looking forward to the rematch.  ::)

IMHO, the Giants are very much a run first, past second offensive minded team. Barber leads the NFL in rushing right now, and Warner throws just enough to keep defenses honest. I don't see Hilliards value going up much. Warner's main 3 targets have been Barber, Toomer and Shockey.
