What is the rest of your roster?  What is the scoring?  Is this a redraft or keeper league?

Personally, I think that trade sucks for your team.  With Hasslebeck and Favre, you don't need Marc Bulger, and probably would have no reason to use him.   Additionally, LaDainian Tomlinson is of almost equal value to Holmes and giving up Dunn in addition to him is probably too much.

dont do this trade you dont need another QB unless you start 3...and you dont need RB help...maybe you could try to trade for a defense/st though the falcons are pretty damn good right now....

I declined the trade but then countered with Dunn and McAllister for Holmes and Michael Pittman. Probably wont go through though.

Are you trying to get rid of Dunn, or are you just really interested in getting Priest?  I wouldn't make that second trade either.

For some reason, I do no like Dunn that much.  However, I would not do the second deal either.  Holmes has been rided hard for the last couple of years and it is only a matter of time before he breaks down.  Dunn is solid and Duece is a stud with upside.  I would withdraw the offer.
