Title: Who to start at RB? Post by Krueger77 on Oct 28th, 2004, 4:33pm We start 2 RB's. I just aquired Tomlinson in a big trade, which gives me him, Ahman Green, Domanick Davis and Melwede Moore. Obviously, I'm inclined to put Ahman and Tomlinson in permantly for the rest of the season, but I still don't completely trust Ahman, and Tomlinson has that groin problem. With Moore playing so well, should I consider starting him above Green or Tomlinson? Thanks, Krueger |

Title: Re: Who to start at RB? Post by Philly on Oct 28th, 2004, 5:26pm I'd actually use Mewelde Moore for one more week before Onterrio Smith comes back. I doubt Michael Bennett will get much of a chance this weekend with MM running so well. I'd also use Ahman Green over LT2. Green broke out in a big way last week, so maybe that was what he needed to get back on track. I like LT2, but he's been leaving games early (despite scoring) and leaving too many stats to Chatman. |

Title: Re: Who to start at RB? Post by Callie on Oct 28th, 2004, 9:23pm I agree with Philly that MM looks good. But keep in mind that Moe Williams is expected to play on Sunday, and Williams gets goal line work. What is your scoring system? If yards are worthwhile, I might play Moore. Just keep in mind that the Giants are lousey against WRs, so the passing game may be the way to go for MIN this week, with or without much from Moss. Marcus is still there. Green has an Achilles tendon problem and plays against a D that is under-rated. LT2 plays against a LOUSEY Raiders run D, and this is a divisional rivalry game. LT2 plays through pain, needs this game, and he wants this game big time. I'd go LT2. |

Title: Re: Who to start at RB? Post by bgsgfan on Oct 28th, 2004, 11:11pm I couldn't bench either Ahman or LT. Moore just doesn't have the upside of either of these guys this week because Minnesota isn't going to feature the run and Bennett will be back for his second week. |
