Post by kec6906 on Nov 4th, 2004, 9:30am
normal scoring for td's, sacks, int's, fr

L1) MIA def  vs  ARI   or   BUF def  vs  NYJ

L2) PHI def  @  PIT   or   NYJ def  @  BUF
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
scoring longer td = bigger pts, 50 yds = 1 pt
L3) Harrington  vs  WAS   or   Testaverde  @  CIN
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

scoring longer FG = bigger pts, XP = 1pt

L4) Wilkins  vs  NE   or   J Brown   @   SF
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
scoring 3 pts FG, 1 pt XP
L5) Wilkins  vs  NE   or   Christie  vs  CHI
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

thanks.  KC    [smiley=eagle.gif] [smiley=eagle.gif]

Neither looks to be a great match-up, but go with Miami.  They're a better defense and the Cardinals are not as good as the Jets.

I think the Jets have a better shot at shutting down the Bills.  Eagles could have their hands full with Staley, Ward, and Burress.

I'd base this decision on the availability of Roy Williams.  If he can play, go Harrington, otherwise, take the match-up advantage with Testaverde.

I think that Brown will get a lot of scoring opportunities against SF, so I'd go with him.

Christie has been surprisingly good.  I'd take my chances with him.

L1) Buf vs. NYJ - The Bills D is very strong and the special teams has one of the best return games in the league.
L2) Phi @ Pit - Playing a hunch that Pit offense will falter this week.  It is bound to happen.

L3) Harrington - I think he has more upside, especially if Williams in back in the lineup.

L4) Wilkins - He is very strong in the dome.

L5) Wilkins - see above

L1) I read something saying that the bill have stumped c-mart 12 out of the last 17 meetings keeping him under 100 yards....i would chance on buffalo this week...not to mention earlier in the year went down to the wire with the jets winning 16-14....should be a low scoring game

L2) On the flip side buffalo cant throw...bledsoe holds the ball long everyone knows that i would use the Jets defense since you are guarenteed a couple sacks...

L3) Harrington...i watched the game last week and i noticed after a couple good runs by kevin jones they went to the air for about 2 quarters straight....i think harrington will have plenty of chances.....if roy returns should open up the whole offense

L4) kickers are hard to call but i would take wilkins because he is healed after his bye week and he can boot that ball....

L5) im gonna stick with wilkins....patroits D tough inside the red zone....could lead to alot of FGs.....even though ty law and tyrone poole are injured....we have seen belicick work with less...
