Title: Staley a gametime decision Post by Callie on Nov 6th, 2004, 8:14pm This is from KFFL. No link so far. Pittsburgh Steelers RB Duce Staley (hamstring, knee) tweaked his hamstring during practice Friday, Nov. 5, and has been downgraded to questionable for Week 9. Staley, who was previously listed as probable due to a knee injury, is likely to be a game-time decision for Pittsburgh this weekend. |

My take on the game both with or without Staley: http://www.ffpro.com/teamreports/steelers/steelers-footballinfoframes.htm. |

Title: Re: Staley a gametime decision Post by Chumpzilla on Nov 7th, 2004, 1:04am I will be shocked if Duce doesn't play. I know it's a long season so the Steelers need him healthy but this is personal. ;D |

You'd be surprised by the apparent love-fest going on. Eagles players and coaches are all saying how Duce is missed, etc. etc.. |

It's true. Despite the holdout, Duce was one of the most popular players on the Eagles. In the off-season, I was hoping the Eagles would re-sign Duce and let Buckhalter walk. The Eagles had BWB, Buck, and Duce last year in the backfield--last week it was Levens and Mahe. They definitely miss him. |
