Title: $1,000 Hangs In The Balance Post by MordecaiCourage on Dec 15th, 2004, 8:28pm ?.?.? ?.?.? Big money dilemma for me this week. I'm actually in a good spot but need to win to stay in the $1K hunt. Pick 2 RB's .. Alexander, McCallister, Pittman, K. Jones. I have ridden Alex and Pittman the last few weeks but Jones is coming on with a good match-up. I like Pittman and Jones against their DEF...but c,mon!!! Sit Alexander??? He's taken me this far. HELP PLEASE!! ?.?.? ?.?.? ?.?.? 6 pts. TD 1 pt every 10yds Running /Receiving |

Title: Re: $1,000 Hangs In The Balance Post by StegRock on Dec 15th, 2004, 9:29pm I don't know in New York... The Jets, even missing some parts and playing away in Pittsburgh against a fairly tough Steeler run defense in a losing effort, still put a pretty good cap on Staley and Bettis. I sense one of those really yucky :P games for Alexander this week. Also, Pittman is due for a goodie and he has a great matchup. I would go with the old cycles theory along with the way better matchup and go with Pittman. I agree with you DUKE on the other choice. Kevin Jones is a MUST-start this week. [offtopic]Anyway, bringing up all the dough [smiley=money.gif] you stand to make on this venture, [smiley=greedy.gif] I can only guess that you are hinting at a modest donation you'd like to make to the "obnoxious-advertisement-free" site and forum we've got here, [smiley=whistle.gif] so we can hopefully keep it that way and yet growing and taking it to the next level. [smiley=thumbsup.gif] For further information on that, go to: http://www.fantasyfootballer.com/donate.htm. Thanks for your (I can only suppose) intimating your wanting to step up and lend a (financial) hand to the "effort" here. [smiley=bow.gif][/offtopic] |
