Title: Make sure to check out ALL "the Gridiron" offers! Post by StegRock on Jan 14th, 2005, 3:24pm Guys,... guests and Gridironers, as the offseason imminently approaches, things here in "the Red Zone" will surely quiet down,... which is just fine. However, do NOT think that it is not worth dropping by during the offseason. Things DO continue forward on "the Gridiron" during the offseason. All of the fantasy-specific team reporters will continue to at least do monthly updates on their teams and the live news feed "The REAL Feed" on "the Gridiron Newsstand" page continues to roll year-round. Moreover, though, I would highly advise all of you to take the offseason as an opportunity to check things out on the other two main boards of our forum: "between the 20's" http://www.fantasyfootballer.com/cgi-bin/theGridiron/YaBB.cgi?board=56 and "the Sidelines" http://www.fantasyfootballer.com/cgi-bin/theGridiron/YaBB.cgi?board=58. On "the Sidelines" we've got some TERRIFIC off-topicish stuff, which helps you get to know your fellow Gridironers better and, thus, better plugs you into things here on "the Gridiron", and "between the 20's" is where many of our members, namely Philly a.k.a. Jeff West and BarnabyWilde a.k.a. Jim O'Dell, do NFL Draft/rookie analysis and lead discussions and Gridironers are often conducting mock drafts of some sort. So, please join in the offseason festivities, fellas! Also, and this is just common sense, be advised that suggestions are most welcome and can potentially be acted upon more readily during the offseason! |
