Title: Re: Chiefs In-season Report Post by BarnabyWilde on Nov 8th, 2005, 12:27pm Priest Holmes Out Week 10 and Beyond: Sources close to FantasyFootball.com are confirming that Priest Holmes will not play in Week 10. The sources also indicate it is very unlikely Priest will play again this season. Last week FantasyFootball.com first reported on Wednesday afternoon that Priest Holmes would not play in Week 9. That report was shared with RotoWorld.com who shared the information with FoxSports.com. The report was picked up nationally and confirmed on Friday when HC Dick Vermeil announced that Priest was unlikely to play Sunday. During Week 8, Priest suffered a blow to the head that caused him to leave the game. Our sources indicate that blow required several neurological tests and at this point Priest does not have medical clearence to resume practicing or playing. |
