Redskins are pretty much lights out vs. the TE, so I'll stand by my recommendation, even if it was acquired with flawed logic! ;D

Go with Troupe!

Anderson is definately a hit or miss proposition. And lately for fantasy it has been miss. Last week Anderson caught only one pass (they threw him 4). Also, WAS is very good against the TE position. They could change things up as a strategy, but at this point I would say definately go with Troupe. He should see more opportunities, to say the least.
