Title: stupid to start J. Horn? Post by geojon on Dec 15th, 2005, 5:40am My gurus, Now that A. Brooks is out, think it prudent to start J. Horn? Or is that like totally stupid? Only two receivers per game. Got T. Holt, D. Branch, B. Engram. Definitely starting Holt of course. Need a lift because my qb is A. Brooks, the other is D. Carr. Woe is me, LOL! But also got S. Alex, T. Barber as RBs; J. Witten as TE so I'm in the game. Tks. |

Title: Re: stupid to start J. Horn? Post by captainpurple on Dec 15th, 2005, 11:48am Bouman sucked in all opportunities he got in Minny. Unless he's really blossomed under Aaron Brooks tutoring :D I'd steer clear. Torn between Engram & Branch. I actually like Branch more than Engram, who has DJax coming back. I think there'll be a lot of Zander in that game @TEN. Bucs are solid, but can be had with the deep ball. Still, with Tom Brady downgraded to Ques. yesterday, and limping around to try to get away from the Bucs rush, I don't see them having a lot of time to go deep. I think I'd take Engram, (I'm actually starting in my $$ league playoffs), but I'm not expecting more than about 60 yds and no TDs. Good Luck! |

[smiley=uh.gif] So, who is it that you like,... Engram or Branch??? ?.?.? As for me, I'd go with Engram based on matchup alone. Quote:
Shouldn't this read, "Good luck... figuring out who I think you should play between Branch and Engram!" ;) |
