Title: Re: Warner or Palmer Post by BarnabyWilde on Dec 18th, 2005, 10:28am If I had every QB in the league on my roster I'd start Palmer. No questions asked. End of story. Period. |

Title: Re: Warner or Palmer Post by Callie on Dec 18th, 2005, 11:59am Normally I would agree with what BW said. But this week, the matchup for Palmer is a tough pass D, and Rudi may do the bulk of the scoring. Warner, on the other hand, is looking at Houston. He may get picked, but I think that Warner and Fitzgerald and Boldin will have a field day. I'd play Warner this week. BTW - [smiley=welcome.gif] WELCOME, Pachipper!!![smiley=welcome.gif] |

Title: Re: Warner or Palmer Post by StegRock on Dec 18th, 2005, 2:31pm Well, based on my TOA here, all I can do at this point is... :-[ give our newest member Pachipper here a hearty and hardy [smiley=welcome.gif] to "the [smiley=footballsmiley.gif] Gridiron"! Thank you for coming aboard, friend! [smiley=sailin.gif] I hope you hang out as often as possible and that I get to know you over said time over some fun football talk! ;D Also, note, Pachip, that if you want the take [smiley=crystalball.gif] of the old admin here, who currently hails from HI, the earlier you post your query, the better/more likely I can respond, friend. I woke up just 40 or so minutes ago... [smiley=sleepers.gif] Anyway, hope to see ya 'round... [smiley=wave.gif] |

Title: Re: Warner or Palmer Post by Callie on Dec 18th, 2005, 3:00pm Sorry, Pa. Hope you didn't take my advice, since injury trumps everything. Warner left the game with a sprained knee: http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/4541/news He was on a roll before that, though. Ah, well.... :( |

Title: Re: Warner or Palmer Post by BarnabyWilde on Dec 18th, 2005, 4:08pm Please...Detroit lost 2/3 of their starting linebackers, the #2 and #3 guys in tackles in Boss Baily and Earl Holmes, as well as safety Torrence Holt for the year. All 3 went on the IR. Caron will pick apart Detroit today. on 12/18/05 at 11:59:09, Callie wrote:

Remember who got you where you are at. It was likely Palmer. |
