Title: Pick the starters for seed 1 Steelkings Post by steelkings on Dec 20th, 2005, 7:02am Scoring only! My opponent. Whom ive somehow beaten twice has a great roster for a scoring league. I come here today to maximize my roster potential with my Gridiron bro's. (He doesn't have what I have. Thats you 8-) ) The other guy: Hasselbeck Bettis L.Johnson C.Johnson E.Wilford Or R.Moss J.Elam I know that looks kinda sweatty up there but here's what we have to work with. Palmer vs Buff (or) Delhomme vs Dallas Pick 2 Dillon @ Jets Jordan @ denver Greg Jones @ Houston (Behind Taylor) Dom Rhodes @ Seattle (Behind James) Pick 2 San. Moss vs Giants Reggie Wayne @ Seattle Tony Gonzo vs San Diego Jimmy Smith @ Houston Pick 1 Tynes or Keading vs each other The task seems daunting but you can do it |

Title: Re: Pick the starters for seed 1 Steelkings Post by Oakland4life on Dec 20th, 2005, 1:08pm Palmer.........duh Dillon is a must start. Greg Jones is a pretty good play against Houston. But he will only be getting 15-20 touches at most. Fred Taylor shouldered the bulk last week against SF, and will most likely look to pad his stats this week against the Texans. So I would go with Jordan. Santana is a must start, Gonzo has only found the goal line twice this year. First one was against San Diego, and the other against Denver. I would be willing to bet Gonzo crosses the line again this week. Jimmy Smith is tempting, I would really like to suggest him, especially with the matchup. But, I would be willing to bet that Jacksonville will run the ball a whole lot more than KC does, especially after the run stopping performance they showed against Indy last week. You can't go wrong with either one of those kickers. Let me find a quarter real quick........*flip* Heads it is!! Go with Tynes. Good Luck!! O4L |

Title: Re: Pick the starters for seed 1 Steelkings Post by StegRock on Dec 20th, 2005, 3:53pm Palmer,... period. Go with the clear-cut stuff... Dillon and Jordan... For breaking the goal-line only (right?), Wayne, with Marvy's time about to be severely cut, and J. Smith only because I have the stomach for what O4l doesn't seem to. Game's in K.C.,... I say Tynes. Good luck! [smiley=shamrock.gif] |

Title: Re: Pick the starters for seed 1 Steelkings Post by steelkings on Dec 23rd, 2005, 9:07am Well, with Jordan and Jones out, do I play Rhodes or do I play Dillon and three wide outs. If so who are they? |
