It is very safe to say that his career as a Redskin is over!  No way he will be back next year.  Most likely Portis will be a back up running back next year for some other team.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
McNabb has played his last game in a Redskins uniform.
He has been benched for the rest of the season.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...UNREAL!!!
Shanny wants to see "what he has" at the QB position for next year. IMO, none of these QBs will be the starter next year for the Skins.
Can you say CAM NEWTON???? A. Luck???Probably going to CAR.
I have changed my opinion about the skins. I think they have become the worst managed franchise in PRO SPORTS!!!
With Snyder's history of Coaches that do it "Their WAY"....ala MARTY...Shanny will be fired at season end ala MARTY. The difference is that Marty WON, Shanny is not winning. Very interesting.

The scarey thing about Hightower being cut for fantasy owners is that 2 weeks ago in the DC area he was being touted as the starter.  You can not trust Shannahan at all for fantasy RBs.   Helu, Royster, and now Alfred Morris are ALL going to get carries - all could possibly start - and all could possibly ride the bench.  What a debacle!!!!
