Title: Player you want to see go to a particular team ...

... in a scenario that seems plausible.

I will go first...

I wish the Chiefs would go make an offer to the 49ers and pluck Matt Breida off their roster.  Breida on the Chiefs would be... [smiley=lickinmychops.gif] DELISH!  In that offense, he would give defensive coordinators nightmares -- with the speed of his slashing and cutting -- the likes of which would put Freddie Krueger to shame! Teddy Bridgewater to the Broncos would make so much sense.  Therefore, it will not happen.

Bringing Bridgewater in would allow the Broncos to not have to give up too quickly on Lock, whose numbers are like the same as Josh Allen's were through 18 games, and give him an extended look while giving them a very capable, albeit unsexy backup.  Again, makes too much sense, so it will not happen.

Same player, different team.  I would like to see Bridgewater go to the Steelers.   Steelers need a QB next year, the odds of them being low enough in the draft to get a top tier rookie QB is not very good.    Bridgewater could be a 1-2 year stop gap QB while they figure out what they want to do.

Bridgewater is not a top tier QB, but I he completes a very high percentage of his passes and I think he would fit in well with that receiving corp.

Do not disagree with Pittsburgh's being a good destination for Bridgewater, as well.  I think he is more of a high-end backup than starter, though, so in that sense I think Denver is a slightly better destination, especially if Denver sticks with Lock for another season.

Called that!  Finally a move this offseason that makes indubitably good sense! [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
